You can restore archived master and investment accounts in the Back Office.
When restoring an archived account, the following happens:
All account properties configured before the account was archived are restored.
The account becomes visible to clients in the Web UI.
The active subscriptions that the account had before it was archived aren’t restored automatically; they can be restored manually in the Back Office or Web UI.
To restore an archived account:
Go to Clients > Accounts.
In the accounts list, find the account that you want to restore, and click Edit.
On the Edit account page, click the Actions button located in the upper-right page corner, and then select Unarchive in the dropdown.
The selected account is unarchived, and the account status is changed to Active.
