Subscription Options Settings

Set up subscription options and actions available to clients in the Web UI for managing their subscriptions

Use these toggles to show or hide the options that clients can use in the Web UI for managing their subscriptions:

Subscription Options Settings

Close Position Button

Applicable to copy trading and MAM

Displays the Close position button for each open position copied from a master account to an investment account. If disabled, the button is hidden.

In copy trading, investors can close open positions on their investment accounts at current market prices.

In MAM, traders managing master accounts can close open positions on subscribed investment accounts at current prices.

Edit Loss Limit

Enables investors to assign risk limits to their subscriptions. The Loss Limit field is displayed for each subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Web UI and can be edited. If disabled, the field can't be edited.

Reverse Copying

Applicable to copy trading and MAM

Enables investors to change the trade side of positions copied from master accounts to investment accounts. The Reverse Copy option is displayed for each subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Web UI. If disabled, the option is hidden.

When enabled, sell positions on the master account are copied as buy positions, and buy positions are copied as sell positions.

Pause Copying

Applicable to copy trading and MAM

Enables investors to pause active subscriptions. The Pause Copy option is available for each subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Web UI. If disabled, the option is hidden.

When paused, new positions opened on the master account aren't copied to the investment account. However, fee payments continue according to the subscription fee plan.

Detach Position Button

Applicable to copy trading and MAM

Enables detaching open positions on investment accounts from the corresponding positions on master accounts from which the positions were copied. The Detach position button is displayed for each open position in the Web UI. If disabled, the button is hidden.

In copy trading, investors can detach open positions on their investment accounts.

In MAM, traders managing master accounts can detach open positions on subscribed investment accounts.

Detached positions are managed independently, meaning that closing a position on the master account doesn't affect the investment account.

Allocation Method

Applicable to copy trading only

Enables investors to change allocation methods applied to their subscriptions. The Allocation Method field is displayed for each subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Web UI. Investors can select a different allocation method for their subscriptions. If disabled, the field is hidden.
