# Explore the Admin panel web interface

## Switch between platform instances

Depending on the configuration of your B2COPY investment platform, you may have one or more platform instances, such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader. In the Admin panel, you can easily switch between them using the switcher in the upper-left corner of the page and selecting the desired platform to display the corresponding information.

In the Admin panel, information is primarily presented in tables. Most tables support common actions that enable you to customize the table view and displayed data.

## Configure columns

You can select columns that you want to display in a table and hide the others. In addition, you can rearrange the order of columns in the table. If this option applies to a table, the **Configure Columns** button is displayed in the upper-right table corner.

<figure><img src="https://1963181118-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNxwcNnEuBTBq87kginPk%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e83041995eefaf10f9d542976098a201cdf82308%2Fadmin-configure-columns.png?alt=media" alt="Configure columns"><figcaption><p>Configure columns</p></figcaption></figure>

To configure table columns:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Click the **Configure Columns** button.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
In the displayed list, select the checkboxes for the columns that you want to include in the table and clear the others.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
To rearrange the column order, select a column and drag it up or down to the needed position.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

The changes you make are immediately applied to the table.

To return to the default configuration of table columns, click **Reset to default**.

## Filter data

If table data can be filtered, the **Add Filter** button is displayed above the table.

<figure><img src="https://1963181118-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNxwcNnEuBTBq87kginPk%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-3ba8eb33f4b0a838269a20200abf0b804c1bb440%2Fadmin-filtering.png?alt=media" alt="Filtering"><figcaption><p>Filtering</p></figcaption></figure>

To filter table data:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Click the **Add Filter** button.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
In the dropdown, select the name of a table column by which you want to filter data.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Configure filtering parameters specific to the data type of the selected column.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
To apply the configured filter, click **Apply**.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

The applied filter is added above the table and the display of the table data is updated according to the filter parameters.

You can filter table data by multiple columns at a time. The number of applied filters is displayed next to the **Add Filter** button.

To clear a specific filter, click `✖`. To clear all applied filters, click **Reset**.

## Sort data

For columns that support sorting, arrows appear next to the column header.

<figure><img src="https://1963181118-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNxwcNnEuBTBq87kginPk%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-7cd178b39efcc66c5358794aaed9cdf17798236a%2Fadmin-sorting.png?alt=media" alt="Sorting"><figcaption><p>Sorting</p></figcaption></figure>

If an arrow is highlighted, it indicates that sorting is applied to that column:

* Up arrow — values are sorted in **ascending** order (click to switch to descending).
* Down arrow — values are sorted in **descending** order (click to switch to ascending).

{% hint style="info" %}
You can sort table data only by a single column at a time.
{% endhint %}

## Quick search

If a table supports quick search, the search field is displayed above the table. The field indicates the column by which the search can be conducted.

<figure><img src="https://1963181118-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FNxwcNnEuBTBq87kginPk%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-f8d0e9425779197d7003d6d5c1e1b3a357e62086%2Fadmin-quick-search.png?alt=media" alt="Quick search"><figcaption><p>Quick search</p></figcaption></figure>

To use the quick search, enter a value in the search field to find it in the specified column. Only the rows containing the entered value will be displayed in the table.

## Pagination

For your convenience, table data can be displayed across multiple pages. In the **Row** dropdown displayed at the bottom of a page, you can select the number of records you want to display on that page.
