Improvements
For cTrader, it has become possible to create master and investment accounts in the Back Office using the trading accounts existing on the cTrader platform.
For master and investment accounts with set risk limits, PnL is now calculated more frequently, allowing for quicker checks against limit thresholds to ensure accounts are blocked promptly if risk limits are reached.
Comments added in the MT manager for balance operations on master and investment accounts now use external identifiers of balance deals from the respective platform instead of the internal identifiers used on the investment platform.
The accrued fee debt that couldn’t be deducted from an investment account due to insufficient funds is now attempted to be charged after completing the regular fee payment process according to the fee plan. If sufficient funds are available on the investment account, the full debt for one or more fee types will be deducted; otherwise, a partial deduction will occur.
Fee payments listed on the Fee report tab in the details of master and investment accounts in the Back Office are now sorted by the Created column in descending order, ensuring the most recent payment appears at the top of the list.
A new option named Show allocation method on creation subscription page has been added on the Web UI Settings tab in B2COPY > Settings. Set this option to Show to enable clients to select the allocation method and risk ratio when creating copy-trading subscriptions in the Web UI.
When creating a subscription in the Web UI, the field for entering a promo code is now displayed only if a promo offer has been set up for the master account.
Improvements to PAMM
Partial closing of positions on a PAMM master account now leads to proportional partial closing on the subscribed PAMM investment accounts, based on the closed volume rather than the free margin.
When a PAMM rollover occurs, if there is a request for unsubscription of an investment account, all pending balance operations requests from that investor are now automatically canceled, and only the unsubscription request is processed.
When clients transfer funds in the Web UI, PAMM investment accounts without subscriptions are now hidden from the selection list as funds can only be transferred to the PAMM investment account after it is subscribed to a master account.
In the Web UI, clients creating a PAMM master account can now deposit funds to the associated PAMM investment account at the final step of the account creation process.
When creating a PAMM subscription in the Web UI, only PAMM investment accounts denominated in the same currency as the master account are displayed in the selection list as only PAMM accounts in the same currency can be subscribed.
Resolved issues
Fee payments are now assigned the Failed status when there are insufficient funds on an investment account for deducting the required fee amounts, instead of leaving such transactions unprocessed.
Risk limits are now correctly assigned and saved for master accounts on the Risk Limits tab in account details. Additionally, appropriate error messages are displayed when invalid risk limits are entered.
In standalone solutions, sharing fees deducted from investment accounts and paid to IB partners are now correctly converted to the currency of the IB partner's account when the fee amount and the account are in different currencies.
In standalone solutions, when registering new clients in the Back Office, you can now use the dropdown in the Create client popup to select the appropriate platform instance if several instances are available on your investment platform. This enables you to register clients on the desired platform.
