# View and execute pending PAMM requests on master accounts

On PAMM accounts, balance operations, such as transfers of funds to/from PAMM investment accounts, and unsubscription of investors aren't executed immediately. Instead, requests for their execution are created, which are then processed during rollovers.

In the Back Office, it's possible to view a list of pending requests submitted to PAMM master accounts and execute them.

Execute pending requests on a specific PAMM master account as follows:

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
Go to **Investment Platform** and expand the required platform instance.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Go to **Pamm** > **Masters**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select the master account for which you want to execute requests and click the **Edit** button located in the account row.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
To view a list of pending requests awaiting execution, go to the **Balance** tab.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
To execute a particular request, click the **Execute** button located in the request row.

To execute all pending requests, click **Execute All.**

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

After a particular request or all requests are executed, they are moved to a list of executed requests that you can view by clicking **Show Executed**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.b2copy.b2broker.com/admin-guide/manage-master-and-investment-accounts/view-and-execute-pending-pamm-requests-on-master-accounts.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
